Perdana Leadership Foundation invites you to join our Workshop on Dewey Decimal Classification Edition 23 (DDC 23) Scheme for Libraries and Information Centres.
It is a 4-day hands-on and in-person workshop that will be held at our office in Precinct 8, Putrajaya, from 6th to 9th March 2023.
This workshop will provide helpful training on the Dewey Decimal Classification Edition 23 (DDC 23) that will improve the knowledge and skills of librarians and specialist cataloguers. Participants will learn the principle, concept and structure, theories and the method of arranging library materials on the shelf based on DDC Call Numbers. Facilitator
This workshop will be conducted by an experienced librarian and professional trainer with more than 30 years of experience, Puan Hamidah A Rahman, a former lecturer of the Faculty of Information Management, UiTM Puncak Perdana Campus, Shah Alam, Selangor. She is a professional trainer with more than 30 years of experience in the cataloguing field.
