A joint International Seminar organised by 3 renowned organisations: the Librarians Association of Malaysia (PPM), Perdana Leadership Foundation and IFLA’s Working Group on The Regional Standing Committee of the Asia and Oceania Section (RSCAO) to be attended by Library and Information professionals. The theme selected for this symposium is “Library consortium and community engagement”. Speakers will come from the committee members of Asia Oceania and host country, Malaysia. Currently the committee members comes from Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, Korea , Japan, Lebanon, Egypt, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, India, Bangladesh, China, Fiji and Malaysia. Most of them are Professors, Library Directors and Senior Information Professionals in their respective countries. Together they bring with them a vast knowledge, expertise and experience to the Seminar.
*RSCAO is a regional committee of IFLA where members are from the Asia and Oceania region. The present committee members comes from Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea, India, Singapore and the South Pacific islands.
