The Perdana Leadership Foundation invites you to participate in our 4-day Workshop on Library of Congress Classification (LCC) Scheme for Libraries and Information Centres, here at the Perdana Leadership Foundation, Putrajaya.

This workshop will provide helpful training on the Library of Congress Classification (LCC) that will improve the knowledge and skills of librarians and specialist cataloguers. Participants will learn the principle, concept and structure, theories and the method of arranging library materials on the shelf based on Library of Congress Classification (LCC).

Facilitator
This workshop will be conducted by an experienced librarian and professional trainer with more than 30 years of experience, Puan Hamidah A Rahman, a former lecturer of the Faculty of Information Management, UiTM Puncak Perdana Campus, Shah Alam, Selangor. She is a professional trainer with more than 30 years of experience in the cataloguing field. She is also a committee member of the National Committee on Cataloguing and Classification, the National Committee on Cataloguing Standards, and others.
