Perdana Leadership Foundation, in collaboration with Leaderonomics, would like to invite you to participate in our upcoming event, the Leading the AI Transformation: Strategy, Governance & Execution for Business Leaders programme.

The 2-day executive intensive programme is designed to equip business leaders with the strategy, governance, and execution frameworks necessary to thrive in the AI era. Built on a 60/40 design principle (~60% concepts and frameworks, ~40% application through simulations, clinics, and executive working sessions), the program moves leaders away from merely “sponsoring AI” to actively owning the organization’s new operating system.
The programme will be facilitated by two prominent figures in the AI Governance, and Business Leadership Development field: Mr Nick Kim, CEO of Gargantua Group; and Mr Roshan Thiran, Founder and CEO of Leaderonomics.

This programme is scheduled to be held on 20 to 21 May 2026 at the Kuala Lumpur Golf & Country Club (KLGCC) Convention Center, Kuala Lumpur.
This programme is fully HRDCorp-Claimable.
Price starts from RM3800 per pax, and Early Bird pricing applies from now until 30th April 2026.
Programme Goals
Upon completion of this program, every major block ensures participants walk away with concrete executive decision outputs, enabling them to:
- Define AI Strategy & Posture: Draft a one-page AI Strategy North Star, shifting from “tool shopping” to managing a portfolio of bets aligned to business goals.
- Identify High-Impact Use Cases: Utilize guided scoring to confidently select the top 3 use cases for scale and identify the top 2 pilots to terminate.
- Establish Robust Governance: Design an AI Governance Map that outlines decision rights, non-negotiable guardrails, and escalation paths to manage model risk and compliance.
- Execute with Confidence: Walk away with a customized 90-Day AI Leadership Blueprint, detailing immediate executive, delivery, and adoption actions.
