More than 30 speakers, including Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad, Discussed Crisis Management and Preparing for the Next Global Financial Crash at the Perdana Leadership Foundation CEO Forum 2014
Scan the Business and Economics headlines in your daily newspapers and the economic landscape looks rather bleak. While the most recent financial crash is six years ago, the effects are still being felt and recovery in some economies remain elusive. There are ominous signs of another crisis on the horizon, even while some economic indicators paint a brighter picture.
The Perdana Leadership Foundation’s sixth CEO Forum on 24th September 2014 at the Berjaya Times Square Convention Centre was themed “Malaysia: Surviving the Next Global Financial Crisis”. During the day, more than thirty CEOs and analysts presented and answered questions about subjects that included an analysis of the global economy, the role of ASEAN, crisis resilience, Malaysian productivity, education and leadership in times of crises. EY presented its opinions on “Industries of High Resilience, 2015 and Beyond” in a special session with its leaders.
