Perdana Leadership Foundation would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year. 2014 has been a year of tests for Malaysia and we hope that 2015 will prove to be a happier and more uplifting year. For Perdana Leadership Foundation, the work continues in 2015 to archive materials related to the Prime Ministers of Malaysia, and to organise programmes that encourage discussions on past leadership as well as on events that have shaped the nation. We had a full year in 2014. As our collections quietly grew, we organised seminars and workshops for librarians; a Perdana Discourse Series with Dato’ Sri Abdul Wahid Omar, Minister in the Prime Minister’s Department; several public outreach programmes including an Information Literacy programme with an orphanage; our flagship CEO Forum 2014 that brought together 30 CEOs from various industries to speak in ten concurrent and plenary sessions; a leadership training programme with Razak School of Government and Columbia University, NY, and an Open Day in December together with Perbadanan Putrajaya’s fishing circuit. Along the way, we hosted more than 1,500 visitors to the Foundation and also engaged with our Facebook fans through contests (if you are not a fan yet, do LIKE our page at facebook.com/perdanaleadershipfoundation). And oh yes, we unveiled our new website in May and have seen interactions and visits improve significantly since then (we are still experiencing intermittent technical issues with the site, so do bear with us). 2015 promises to be another full year for Perdana as we rev up our training, research and publication work. Do continue your support by visiting our website and utilising the search engine for our digital materials (as often as you can!), attending our events, telling your friends about us, and, of course, by engaging with us via our Facebook page. We would also love to hear programmes you would like us to organise in future, so feel free to drop us an e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org sending us a PM on Facebook. Your support means a lot to us. Thank You and Happy New Year to you and your family. May 2015 be a blessed, joyous and kind year for all.
