In this interactive session, using several mini case-studies, we train ourselves to position ourselves strategically and think before (re)acting. We learn to decode Reactive and Proactive Strategies and a method to mitigate the most dangerous risks.
We identify a pathway to create opportunities out of unexpected
circumstances. This allows us to prepare ourselves for the conflicting expectations of stakeholders.
