Datin Sri Muhaini binti Zainal Abidin was born on 12th November 1961. She is the wife of the 9th Prime Minister of Malaysia,  Dato’ Sri Ismail Sabri Yaakob. They were married in 1986 and have four children: Datin Nina Sabrina, Gaddafi, Nashriq and Iqbal. Their eldest daughter, Datin Nina Sabrina is the wife of the famous fashion designer, Dato’ Jovian Mandagie. Their second born, Gaddafi or better known as Dafi is an actor, singer and former participant of the Akademi Fantasia (AF) reality show.   

Datin Sri Muhaini Zainal Abidin has served in various positions such as President of the Girl Guides Association of Malaysia (PPPM) and she was actively involved in the Badminton Association of Malaysia (BAM) as their patron.
