On the 14th of June 2010, Perdana Leadership Foundation and the New Club of Paris (a by-invitation only think-tank to further the cause of the knowledge economy all around the world) organised a Round Table on the Knowledge Economy, titled, “Bridging the Knowledge Divide – Building the Malaysian Link”. The Round Table saw presenters, both Malaysian and non-Malaysian, give their views and opinions on what they saw were critical success factors for Malaysia to attain its high-income knowledge-economy status by the year 2020. Most of the Round Table sessions were chaired by Yang Amat Berbahagia Tun Dr. Mahathir Mohamad. Recommendations of the Round Table were put forward to the Prime Minister.
These recommendations have also been compiled into electronic book form and we are pleased to announce that the E-Book of this proceedings is now available for sale and download at this link. The publication contains the papers and presentations of the participants of the Round Table and will no doubt provide some useful analysis as well as interesting perspectives on Malaysia and the goal to becoming a knowledge-based economy.
The physical edition will be published with MPH at a later date.
